Empowering Youth Through Structure, Support, and Opportunity

ElevateWorks Collective empowers at-risk, justice-involved, and underserved youth and young
adults through mentorship, behavioral health education, workforce readiness, life skills
development, reentry support, and community partnerships.

Rooted in our proprietary LEP Model™ — Lived Experiences Prevail — we help young people
transform adversity into opportunity and build pathways toward long-term success.

Who We Serve
Serving youth and young adults ages 13-24 facing barriers related to justice involvement,
educational disruption, behavioral health challenges, family instability, and economic hardship.

Lived Experiences Prevail™

The LEP Model™ recognizes that individuals who have successfully navigated adversity possess valuable insight, resilience, and leadership potential. By combining lived experience, clinical oversight, evidence-informed practices, behavioral health education, workforce development, and community partnerships, the LEP Model™ creates pathways for healing, accountability, resilience, and long-term self-sufficiency. Motto: Where Lived Experiences Prevail and Futures Rise.

Community Partnerships

Working alongside schools, juvenile justice agencies, behavioral health providers, employers,
faith organizations, and community leaders to expand opportunities and strengthen support
systems

Youth Development Programs

Delivering mentorship, leadership development, life skills training, workforce readiness services, and educational support designed to foster long-term success.

Reentry & Stabilization

Supporting successful transitions through mentoring, resource navigation, behavioral health
support, workforce development, and community reintegration services.

Building Futures Through Experience,
Support, and Opportunity

ElevateWorks Collective was founded by professionals who spent years working directly with youth, young adults, and families impacted by justice involvement, behavioral health challenges, substance use, and systemic barriers.

Through frontline experience, our founders recognized a persistent gap between traditional services and the real-world needs of the young people those systems were designed to serve.

Rather than viewing lived experience as a barrier, ElevateWorks Collective was built upon the belief that lived experience can become a powerful catalyst for growth, leadership, and lasting change.

This belief became the foundation of our LEP Model™.
