ElevateWorks Collective is guided by leaders with professional experience across youth justice services, behavioral health, clinical counseling, healthcare administration, nonprofit operations, workforce development, financial stewardship, and community-based programming.

Why Our Leadership Matters

At ElevateWorks Collective, leadership extends beyond titles and credentials. Our team is united by a shared commitment to serving youth, strengthening families, and building pathways toward lasting change.

Collectively, our leaders bring decades of experience in behavioral health, youth justice, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, workforce development, and community engagement. This combination of professional expertise and lived experience enables us to understand the challenges facing the communities we serve and develop solutions that are practical, compassionate, and impactful.

Together, our leadership provides strategic vision, clinical insight, program oversight, fiscal stewardship, and community-centered guidance that strengthen our mission and advance opportunities for at-risk and justice-involved youth and young adults throughout the Greater Houston area.

Because when experience, expertise, and purpose come together, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
